What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your message or request (for example the vehicle you're asking about, a preferred test-drive time, or your budget). We don't run advertising trackers and we don't collect anything else about you.

How we use it

To answer your question, arrange your test drive, or call you when a vehicle you asked about arrives. That's it. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Our forms are delivered through a third-party form service that forwards your message to us, and our contact page embeds a Google map (which loads under Google's own policies when you use it). Otherwise, your information stays with us except where the law requires disclosure.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and any longer period required by Ontario's record-keeping rules for motor vehicle dealers. After that it's deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
