Serene Quality Motors wants every customer to be able to browse, ask questions and buy a car comfortably. This statement explains how we're working to make that true — on this website and at the lot — consistent with Ontario's accessibility law (AODA).

This website

  • Every part of the site works with a keyboard alone.
  • Pages are structured to work with screen readers and browser text resizing.
  • Text and background colours meet contrast standards.
  • Images and form fields have labels or text alternatives.
  • Animations respect your system's reduced-motion setting.

At the dealership

If visiting the lot is difficult for any reason, tell us and we'll serve you another way — by phone, email or at your vehicle. Service animals are always welcome, and we invite you to bring a support person with you.

Alternate formats

Any document we provide about a vehicle or a purchase can be given in another format (large print, read aloud, and similar) at no cost, in a timely way. Just ask.
